Keely Hunter MillineryBrowse the Collection
London based milliner Keely Hunter is one of the new generation of directional designers taking the scene by storm. Inspiring people to see hats as objects of art and beauty, Keely employs couture techniques and conceptual design to challenge the realms of predictable design.
The first milliner ever chosen for the 'next big thing' designer showcase at Selfridges this year, Keely has already attracted a storm of publicity. Vogue, Glamour, Volt, Grazia and You are among the titles regularly featuring her designs.
'Fashion is art, and if you break that down, millinery is sculpture.' - KEELY HUNTER
Inspired by engineering, architecture and sculpture, Keely's ultra-wearable creations bring headwear to the modern world by combining an organic, fresh aesthetic with sculptural silhouettes. Her fusion of traditional techniques, high-tech futuristic materials and innovative construction ensure that Keely remains at the forefront of today's milliners.
Trained at the renowned Kensington and Chelsea college, Keely worked with several of the leading milliners before establishing her own label. Earlier this year, Keely was invited by iconic milliner Stephen Jones to take part in London Fashion Week as part of the British Fashion Council's Headonism initiative.
